reimage program conception & Implementation

del taco restaurants, inc.

creation of reimage program for the purpose of updating outdated stores within system. specifically, three images were addressed: original del taco, concept 2000, and naugles (a brand acquired by del taco previously and converted). worked with development team and franchisees to create materials for communicating required scope items to be updated for corporate incentive. specifically, exterior image, interior image, site updates, lighting updates and interior/exterior graphics applications. worked with operations to determine kitchen updates to be applied for improved operational standards. also worked with marketing to collaborate on future marketing materials to be applied to building.

Interior renderings and Perspectives

explored Prototypical designs with design team, development team, and franchisees to revise such items as circulation, operations, and customer and employee experience improvements.

participated with design team on exploration of seating zones, materials and their applications throughout dining room. Also explored standard and custom millwork and equipment for brand identity and wayfinding throughout dining room and at order area.

custom interior millwork and components

exploration alongside design team to create additional branding elements in dining room for brand identity and to brighten the atmosphere of the dining and order areas. below are some examples of explorations that occurred in house.
